Your visit:
In the sleepy little town of Tyro, North Carolina, on the former Great Wagon Road, you will find Tyro in all of its grandeur. Outstanding Greek revival architecture gives the exterior and interior trim a special look and feel. Inside, you find twelve rooms with period furniture and decor. You can also explore the antique museum in the old corncrib.
Glenn Sanford, the tour guide and story teller, has researched over 2,000 hours the subjects he tells about on the tour. You will leave with a greater knowledge and appreciation of our heritage than you could imagine.
We are sorry, but our tours are not currently ADA.
